Day 1: Entebbe - Hotel
On arrival at Entebbe Airport a representative from Afrika Panthera Safaris will pick you up to either a backpacker, budget Hotel, a Midrange Hotel or Luxury.
Day 2: Entebbe - Fortportal
A driver picks you up in the morning from the hotel then take a 6hrs drive to Fort portal town via Mubende town. You check in at a hotel in Fort portal, you refresh later you have a fort portal town tour which will include a visit to the historical Tooro kings place with a diverse cultural information, tour of the tea plantations, crafts and souvenir shops for shopping, have diner and overnight.
Day 3: Hotel – Kibaale NP
After breakfast you will be picked from the hotel to Kibale National Park for Chimpanzee tracking which takes approximately 3-4 hours. During the tracking you will experience the cool climate of the Kibale tropical rain forest, view different bird species and other primates and animals. You will then move back to fort portal town for lunch and later have a visit to waterfalls at amabereganyinamwiru known for breasts that drop milk by local interpretation. Later you will get back for diner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 4: crater lakes tour - Kampala
After breakfast you check out of the hotel we head for a tour of the crater lakes which explains their formation and you can be able to site the red tailed monkey, black and white Colobus monkey, herbs and trees, and some bird species. You may have a swim in the crater lakes or take a bath at mahoma falls for refreshment. After the crater exploration, you can have lunch and then we drive back to Kampala to your hotel for Diner and overnight.
5th Day Kampala - Entebbe
After your breakfast depending on your flight, there is an option of you visiting the UWEC (Uganda wild life education center), the botanical gardens or the endangered chimpanzees on Ngamba Island.
Then you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home.
